As part of our ongoing evolution and pursuit of more equitable workplaces, our leaders in Talent and Culture, Human Resources, and Sales were selected to participate in the PACE program (Personal Development and Professional Enhancement Program), an industry collaboration created to promote gender equality in global apparel, footwear, and home textile supply chains.

Traveling to El Salvador, our new trainers acquired the necessary tools to contribute and train our collaborators, giving them better life skills, helping them become bolder, braver, and more capable of managing their problems more effectively.

We celebrate this great achievement as our leaders earned two silver medals and one gold trainer certification, recognizing their commitment and responsibility to continue empowering women in the industry.
